    Liver? Gross! Were you ever fed that? I was once served sheep's brain in a soup, but the family was Afghan, not Austrian. :)

    I think the worst I was ever fed was a blood sausage. It was cooked up as an April Fools joke by a missionary I was on splits with.

    Being the polite young man that I was, I finished the entire plate, much to the shock to the missionary who pulled the prank.
