Casual Friday
You know, as a missionary you are afforded certain blessings. One such blessing on my mission was the ability to tolerate wearing the same outfit every day for two years. I imagine it wasn't so easy for some missionaries, though.

Is this our surfer guy? At least he still gets to roll up his sleeves and wear a mop of blonde hair on his head.
ReplyDeleteI think he may actually be on to something. Had we worn Hawaiian prints on my mission we'd have probably had more success getting the dour Austrians to speak to us.
Yeah, that's the companion of Elder Van Dyke's from the MTC. He was so much fun to write for that I brought him back later in Van Dyke's mission.
