I think you've struck on a great idea here. Publish a book of famous Mormons, along with quotes, bios, and favorite Jell-O recipes. You could have a section devoted to all the young female pop stars (Christina Aguilera, for example) recently converted by enterprising missionaries.
I have a bunch of Activity Day girls that would love to write a section on David Archuleta. I am sure they would insist on doing an interview with him before they actually composed anything though.
Since 2009, I've posted silly little gags to this website twice a week. My work has been featured in the New Era, For the Strength of the Youth, and The Friend (for some reason, I have yet to crack the Liahona). Between 2014 and 2016, my comic strip Mission Daze was featured in the Deseret News (back when newspapers were still a thing). I've published a plethora of activity books (links for which you can find on this page). Please stay a while and enjoy.
Comments, complaints, or questions? Feel free to email me.
Other chapters in the Book of Mormons might include: Steve Young, Napoleon Dynamite, and Alice Cooper...

ReplyDeleteAlice Cooper and Christina Aguilera are Mormons? I do learn some important things from your blog, Arie.
ReplyDeleteNot to mention Steve Martin and Snoop Doggy Dogg.
ReplyDeleteIt's not Books of Mormon either. It's copies of The Book of Mormon. You don't say To Kill Mockingbirds, etc.
