Not about culture night, but about having the Sister Missionaries set the agenda. Since Sisters are, on average, 2 years older in age and 10 years older in maturity than their male counterparts, their idea of spending "quality time" in a district meeting will certainly be devoid of anything remotely fun.
It looks like the missionaries are going to go through with this cultural night thing. This can't end well...
