But Where's the Chemistry?

Two points about today's comic, which is featured in this month's New Era:

1. This is the second time the New Era has featured a gag of mine in February that is anything but romantic. I'd better be careful or I'm going to get labeled as a guy who doesn't care for Valentine's Day.
2. I want the record to show that I came up with this joke completely on my own. I say that because as I read it today, I am struck how very likely it is that a line like this has or will soon appear on one of those Disney Channel or Nickelodeon teen sitcoms.

Sketchy Apartment Complex

Today's strip came from either my brother or my sister-in-law while serving his or her mission. (To tell you the truth it's been so long that I can't remember, although they are both readers of this blog, so hopefully one of them remembers.) It's a good idea, but I've always wondered what other names might have appeared on that name plate had the apartment building been bigger.

Football Headbutt

In honor of yesterday being the Super Bowl and everything, I thought I'd run a strip about Elder Steele (Elder Van Dyke's companion who played football for the fictional Idaho A & M). I didn't watch the game, but I assume the Eagles won, right?
