Since I posted this a couple of days ago, I've been racking my brain trying to remember the name of the vitamins we were given as missionaries. This morning it came to me: Stewart Formula Vitamins.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure the Church doesn't give missionaries multivitamins anymore--too many of them were ending up in the MTC air vents, but they worked for me.
Back in the day, we got a two year supply of only one thing. No purse, no scrip, no vitamins -- just a gamma shot that was thick enough and big enough that it took two years to pass through one's system!
