In the Book of Common Prayer (Church of England) it says that the Lord makes preserves and keeps us. The comma is all important. It also says that the Lord is a lover of peace and concord. Now when I was growing up, and using said Book of Common Prayer in worship, there was an aircraft called the Concorde (the only commercial supersonic jet)!
Now I've got an image of Heavenly Father canning jam in His kitchen. And who doesn't love the Concorde? I certainly remember fantasizing about that plane as a kid.
That pun was so bad I loved it.
