Trunky Companion

On my mission, I served with two missionaries at the end of their missions. It wasn't easy watching their focus turn more and more to home. Fortunately, neither got to the level of this missionary.

    Last Sunday, we said farewell to a sister missionary who was about to return home (in fact, I think she's in the air at the time of writing). For her, it was bittersweet. She's spent 7 months in our ward and has really got to know and love us (and us her). However, she feels she has accomplished what she set out to do when she answered her call, and is now ready to move on to the rest of her life, beginning with embarking on a degree in September. But I don't think she's been practicing moving her suitcase to the station!
