Having been a part of one or two massive ward calling shuffles, I can attest that the jenga analogy is pretty much spot on. All it takes is one misstep to send the whole thing tumbling to the ground.

ReplyDeleteI remember a Methodist preacher once built a pyramid of paper cups with the minister at the top. Take him off, no problem. Pull one of the congregation from the bottom row... collapse! Neat illustration of who is really important in a church community.
