    Wait...I’m pretty sure I know the result of the contest but did we get an official winner announcement by the cartoonist yet?

      Here's the post where I revealed the winner. The voting was extremely close--only one vote separated the finalists when the voting stopped and the three subsequent votes after the deadline leaves the two finalists in a tie.
