Ancient Israel Stand Up Comedy

Given the level of of joke writing on this website, it was only a matter of time before I returned to the hackiest stand up comedian in all of ancient Israel. And, after reading the account of Elijah and the Priests of Baal again, I'm convinced that Elijah would have made a pretty good insult comedian if that whole prophet thing didn't work out.

    Huh, I was so sure that it went "SWALLOW the prophet"!

    The MTC joke was new to me though, and a very clever one at that!
