Lawn is Green

Inexplicably, I have never said this to my children. What kind of dad am I?

You'll notice that the lawnmower is not bagging the clippings. That's because we are a mulch family. Not only is it better for the environment,* but it also is better for your lawn. Although, if I'm being honest, we mostly do it because it takes less time than bagging.

*Speaking of helping the environment, this year we purchased an electric lawnmower. The early results are promising. And thus ends the home and garden post of this blog.
